ScarDec is a joint venture between Scarborough Group International and Decotra Group, a Serbian energy services and investment company, initially established in 2000. It comprises a major fee earning services company and additionally invests directly in energy projects including a 243 mega watt power station in Loznica, Serbia.

Decotra Power is the owner of Loznica Power station in Serbia. Consents and licences are approved to upgrade and extend to produce 243 megawatt CHP Power Plant. The Group plans to complete an Agreement with new investors that will enable the redevelopment of Loznica to commence.
Titan Developments, a company in which ScarDec via an associate controls a 50% interest, in September 2013 completed the first privately owned car park development in central Belgrade, Serbia. The car park has 388 car spaces, 12 motor cycle spaces and is spread over 12 floors.
Scarborough Group International has a major interest in Terra Production, a beverage can filling operation located in Indjija, located 30 kilometres from Belgrade, and alongside corridor ten, one of the key Pan-European transport highways. This project is the first bottle filling facility in Serbia and has the advantage of being within a Custom free access zone to serve around 15% of the world market.
